Heavily contested bases are a general no-no, but other than that this looks like a pretty solid
map.

Ok agreed. I shuffled the base location away from the direct center into a position where
its less likely to be contested and more liked to be guaranteed to one nation, is that
better? I feel like there should be a base in the SW and NE corners somewhere...but that's
just a hunch
