The land battle is a little too cramped for my taste, and it doesn't seem like there are enough funds for a good naval battle. This idea might work better on a bigger map. (like 3 or 4 squares bigger) |

"it doesn't seem like there are enough funds for a good naval battle" Yeah, there's enough. If you are focusing on the sea you can build 1 sea unit every couple turns. Thats good enough for a small map. |

OK, made some major changes. Aircrafts and sea units should be more attractive to build. moved the bases. put some extra bridge and land so less cramped. |

Not enough funds for sea, too cramped for sea, you need a bigger map for sea and air. When we say 2 bases is better than 1, it means it's easier to fix fta with 2 bases. At that point you can have 1 infantry on one base for player 2. which sets them half a turn a head. What you have here is STA. where player 2 has an infantry ahead of player 1, and can then capture the second base faster, build from it faster, and produce more funds, capture faster, and so on and so forth. point being, this map has Player 2 way ahead of player 1. If you focus on sea and make a unit every couple turns, you're going to lose to thei air and land units which cost less, and have more versatility on the map. |
