This is the Final Mission for AW2 for Green Earth. It's OS + YC + GE vs. BH. The allies win of
they destroy the pipeline. If the seam is broken on the Black Cannons is broken, then BH
must delete the piperunners. Cities added so factory can prroduce more powerful units
