I don't recall Neotanks, Blackboats, or Megatanks in AW1 Or all those airports at the bottom
of the map. Or all those airports near the middle,

28K funds for BH versus 45 combined. You might want to work on balancing it. with the
funds, and the starting units, the allies are going to obliterate Black Hole. Those starting units
are completely inferior, and with inferior funding, that's going to be a waste of time to play.
