Might want to put ghost units (units of a country that isn't being played) on those neutral ports. That stops units from being built on them, but they still refuel, heal, and give funds. I would, probably give both countries two bases, BM captures on about turn 4 and OS on turn 6, so BM can use their base on turn 5 and 6. which may not be an adequate counter. (other base being turn 5 for BM and turn 6 for OS) |

look better? :D Im sticking to the one base in the middle as I want a ship fight. Umm not sure how to counter so I gave them the city they could get the easiest :D |

It would be best to make at least 2 of the bases for each country preowned. You should also make the preowned ports neutral. Having one base will not cause a "ship fight". There will be no naval battle on this map other than maybe transports and a bship here and there. The chokiness in the center will just cause stalemates. The way you have the map set up, it will just have lots of balance problems and ultimately result in stalemates. Rather boring and unfair, in my opinion. |
