Why doesn't Green Earth get any starting units, but all the other countries do?

Ehm, would an aritficial inteligence move the "neutral" units instead the players? Because
I don't get at all the sense of these infantries at the corners.

Edit: nvm I see players can pick if going the sides with these infantries or not.
Meta Rexy (01/09/2015 05:54pm):
This looks awfully unfair for the central players.
The mechs aren't hindered by the river or mountain tiles... and the central players just
have way too many attack angles for them to adequately defend from...
IPS (01/09/2015 06:27pm | Edited: 01/14/2015 12:11am):
So corner players each one have 14 mechs and 16 infantries. Each player in the middle has
7000 income every turn. For day 4 it is sure that the income of any player at center will
decrease just to 4000.

Banning Sami, Sensei and Hachi would be a great idea for this. Sami with her capture bonus
is an anoyanse, sensei with his COp or SCOP can spam more infantries/mechs and Hachi with
his SCOP can buy units at the cities by just the half of the price.

Add one or 1 or 2 more starting infantries for each player in the center, this looks too
hard for these players at center.
gravitycmk (06/16/2017 01:14pm):
What will happen if the center players buy their mega
tanks? 7000 is really considerable..
