Most of my maps tend to be on the larger side, so I thought I'd try a smaller one. |

too bad there's no com tower >_> |

Mech rush could potentially be a concern, but you positioned the airport incredibly well to counter that. My only concern with the airport is that they might be a little too central. It shouldn't be a huge problem, since a counter AA can mostly cover the front the same day the copter would get there, but you might want to move the airport back 1 or 2 spaces. The fronts might also end up being a little choky and too close together. You might consider shortening the chain of mountains in the NW and SE by one or two, to open things up a little more. HQ position is good too, by the way. |

Yeah, I agree with those. Swapped out airports and nearby cities with each other and removed the furthermost mountain from those chains. Also added some forests to inconsequential areas for The Pretties™. |

Looks nice. My only other comment would be to redistribute some more properties closer to the bases so that funding doesn't come in so slowly early on. |

I wonder if this map will stale. I'm mostly looking at the 2-tile wide chokes on the sides, between the central ocean tiles and the mountain ranges, though the central choke between the two oceans is also kind of bad. I wonder if you could do something a bit different with those that opens up the lanes a bit more. Still a cool map, and air units will help prevent any serious stalemates. 8/10 |
