It was just another day down at The River (that's its name), where AB and GE had been
having a fierce battle, when they got word that The Dam (also its name) had broken upriver.

They quickly ceased their fight and began building blockades to stop the flooding, though
each army somehow forgot a contingent of neotanks right at the river bank. When the flood
hit it poured straight over the initial defense, stranding a number of units that made it
to high ground, but drowning many more.

The far lines hastily constructed a second line of fortifications, which did manage to
stop the destruction. Now, word has just been received from each countries' respective
intelligence agencies that the other country was responsible for the destruction of The
Dam!!!(spoiler alert: it was both being dumb with artillery) So now the battered remnants
go back to war to avenge their fallen brethren!!!!!!

Right, there's the completely unnecessary backstory to a map that probably isn't even that
good :p

I like the backstory more than the map itself.

ge has fta since they can get the 2nd base first
demoninnvolt (12/08/2013 02:19am):
That was a great backstory. I would love to hear more of it like, what made them have a fierce battle to begin
with?

Well there have been 9 games with an average of 12 days with many longer and shorter
(deviation 14 days).
It would be nice to have some feedback from actual games. As to whether this is fun...
looks like it could be, or whether there are important issues , perhaps slowness to get
going, or fairness ??
