Another broken tier map. Again, I just like how much everything changes in these matchups
when compared to other tiers.

After the game that was apparently started on this map is finished, I have good locations for
where to spread the bases out in mind, don't worry. Will edit when games conclude.

I am doubtful that any other CO still competes with Hachi, even Javier with 2T falls to high unit count unless he can push a
serious advantage with artillery.
