Designed to work for both AHC and AWBW, at least in theory. Also, map name: http://www.youtube.com/watch? v=tAEZzcTiMFg&feature=bf_next&list=UUb0R-W7KDn4ZrY3uGrP4Acg |

Saying "...at least in theory" is just like admitting that it's probably going to go horribly, horribly wrong haha. Dunno about AHC, but I think it looks good for AWBW. Central airports might be a little too strong though. |

bit too plain in the middle, and also too bad the customwars forums are down |

I don't think the middle needs any pointless forests or empty silos, there's plenty of that on a lot of my older maps. There's no need to slow down units headed through there that far in the game and that far away from the bases, and I really want to stay away from too much heavy terrain mid to keep the game moving. Up for suggestions, but I don't see the middle breaking the map as it is right now. I could do a double vertical empty silo mid, for example, but again, I don't really think that kind of thing is necessary here. |

I'm really digging this map, I can't wait to see how the late game forms |

There's nothing wrong with the middle. |

I don't really like that the fastest way to access the center is through a contested area. That makes the contested city on each side front disproportionately important. If you adjust the shoal route into the center for GS's northern base, or shift GS's southern base so that it's a couple spaces closer to the center (or connect the shoal route differently), that would improve the map tremendously I think. 7/10 for now, with a lot of potential. |
