The current issues with the map is the large number of neutral production properties in the
center (The bases and airports). Whoever captures the first base closest to the center will
likely snowball into a win. I would strongly consider checking out these links, they'll be much
more helpful than a short comment from me here.

Edited the map. Now center is less power-packed than before.
