Alright, another EU map.

All the labs represent other countries and I tried to make it as geographically possible
while making it kinda balanced..

And the broken pipes represent deserts while the used missle silos represent snow, I hope
I didn't muck anything up while making it.

So, please comment on any possible improvements and mistakes. :P

It's aesthetically pleasing. I especially like the rivers. Except you have a tree above a bridge
east of the center. I'd prefer to see a river corner square there (I'm being a little picky).

I've never played one of these "EU maps" so difficult for me to know if it's balanced. I just
assume TEAL, BLUE, and RED have a huge advantage because only 1 front line basically. I
think a map should be playable fairly without forced diplomacy. Looking more closely it seems
less advantageous with those mountains, but I don't know if that's enough.

I'd like to see airports. 9/10 but 10/10 if you add airports. Maybe airports and towers can be
used to redirect where players will focus. For example, if there is a tower between bliue and
green, green will focus less vs Orange. Maybe a small island with an airport/tower between
red and teal. This would force red to be more offensive and fight vs teal. As is, he could just
stand there and wait and wait till other players die. Even if he tries to get some of those
cities/seaports in the very north, he's not really in any danger or taking any risk. Another
player has to have incentive to attack red. Makes sense teal and red should fight, I think.
Maybe give orange a noticeable amount of more trees than green, red, and jade so less
inventive to attack orange. I also think not fair that red can attack orange seaport from
trees...and by artillery on the shoal. I'd move the "red islands more west or south west to be
further from orange and closer to teal and further from the isolated cities in the north.

Also don't like how too much unused water in the west. Another reason to add islands
between teal and read.

I really like the map. As I said earlier, it's visually pleasing. And I like the things like using
mountains as walls and stuff.

Okay, I've changed some things around.

-Added airports
-Moved bases around
-Changed amount of funds per player
-BM and BH have HQ's now
-BM has no land/shoal bridge to Scandinavia

Again, anything wrong with the map, please comment or any suggested improvements would be
great too. Thanks in advance

Oh, dammit..JS's lab was in Africa but I got rid of it and forgot to replace it.

Sorry, I'll have to sort that out. Thanks for the point out. xD

Also, sorreh for booting you, didn't realise you were on to stick to games, so many people
just quit nowadays.

Spain can't(I forgot 't but I added it not) be reached by tanks. that means Teal can focus on
getting a navy and capturing north
africa, and the isles. after having done so, Teal has a strong position to use mech rush agains
OS or assaulting JS. Teal has the better chances

Spain can be reached by tanks? I don't see how there's any land bridges from Europe to Spain..

Also, while Teal is easy to defend and indeed has an early advantage because of this, he
lacks the chance to spread out, say if GE quit or lost, no way he's getting their bases,
so unless OS loses quickly or JS quits, Teal can't do much, and if OS made deals with GE
and JS, he could easily hold off, and indeed break Teal.

However, if the tests prove that Teal has too strong an advantage, I'll change a few
things around mate. Probably should make it harder for Teal's Naval power to become too
much or remove Africa all together.

I like the fact that Spain and France can get to one another in a way that doesn't involve
mass infantry/mech swarms or expensive naval units. It also gives Great Britain a way to
get involved without having to launch naval units.

My only worry that both nations will build AA units and successfully deter the other from
attacking with air units.

Well, I moved the whole of Britain + Ireland up one square to allow ships through, and to
limit the power of rockets and missiles from both France and Britain, and because France
has bigger/other interests than Britain, Britain often can build rockets/battleships and
now missiles to block France from doing anything.

Also, I'm trying to give Britain a bigger chance in Scandinavia, with no Russian land
bridge it should be easier, but hopefully Germany might give it a go as well now.

With Spain though, I think if they reach a stalemate with France, they're likely to attack
Italy which is another story with BH, GE and JS itself. xD

Good for gameplay, but not quite geographically accurate. Italy and the Balkans are nearly squished together;
the Adriatic should be wider, currently it's locked off from the Mediterranean. Venice was once the greatest
naval power in Europe, but it's sadly useless now D: Some indication of the
Netherlands would be cool as well, but I'm nitpicking :p

A cool map, but Black can be artillery locked by jade. You may want
to move the starting base just a space or two away .

Black not only gets artillery locked but also gets swarmed by Blue's airport/base
