I was inspired by Harmony Bunny's map:

in my opinion some parts of my map are too blank, but i don't know what to change =(
someone got an idea?

^^ rate and comment plz

Not too bad a map really. The center and sides are chokepointed in the middle, so a
giant land army falls pretty quickly to air and naval units. There is plenty of funds for
that, though, so this is a 2nd/top tier unit kind of map; not what I am used to, but it's
definitely not a bad thing. 8/10 as it stands, perhaps even 9/10 if the chokepoints were
widened a touch.

I disagree with xushu, the airports are too close to the middle for there to be any meaningful naval
assaults on the central fronts, more importantly, a sub could be submerged in the ports on the far left
and far right of the central fronts, which would close the center (where the action is supposed to be
focused). Artillery and rockets would easily prevent any cruisers from sinking those subs and either
way the subs would be constantly repaired and refueled.

There is a minor little bit of asymmetry with the square 5 up and one to the left of the RF HQ being a
shoal and the square 5 down and one to the right of the TG HQ being a bridge.

However, I know that these issues could be resolved quickly solved, and I'll give you the benefit of the
doubt since I can't be sure of the central lockdown's severity, and give you a 8 for now.

systericon, your maps are never too bland. I always enjoy the "urban" feel to your maps :)

Seems a little choky in the wrong spots. It would work best if the majority of fighting takes place
in the open area directly north/south of the airports, with the center bands being used for
potential front-switching and reinforcement options. As it is now, the fronts will fall in the choky
strips on the very top/bottom and in the center. I just don't think it works quite that well.

The best solution is to shift the base positions around. For RF, move the northern preowned
base 5-6 spaces to the west, and move the southern preowned base 4E and 2S or 3S. I would
also put the neutral base much closer to the northern preowned base, maybe where the city IN
and 3W of the base currently is.

7/10 for now, but definitely potential to be better.
