In the middle switch Blue Moon's and Green Earth's positions and pre-deployed infantry;
otherwise BM - whilst next to GE - is having their turn first and starts with an infantry
whilst GE starts with nothing and goes after BM. Having BM diagonal from OS means both can
start without an infantry as they go before either of the countries next to them, so that
with YC and GE having a pre-deployed infantry should be good FTA-counter. Unfortunately I
have no idea what to do to counter FTA in the outer areas.

Other than that looks like an awesome map; 9 out of 10 :-)
