A pretty balanced map except that Yellow and green can get to their ports a bit quicker than Orange and Blue but since orange and Blue go first that might work out. but how about adding some ports on your bridges so ships can cross the bridges into other bodies of water. that way one color won't be screwed if they miss out on the middle ports. Also Blue and Yellow appear to have two more land cities to fight over and divide than Orange and Green do. Was that purposeful? Overall a very interesting land to fight over. |

2/10. barely playable, and hideous to look at. Why all the 4 way intersections that don't go anywhere? And a two lane bridge where one land is intersections and one is road? Looks like you just threw this together in 10 minutes and went crazy with the tree tile. And seaports that only infantry can get to? (Initially, anyways.) Any reason for that? Also, like borgez says... unbalanced as well. BM and YC get 1 more property each. All in all it just looks like you were having fun exploiting the map editor and copying / ruining a decent map. |

OS has the big advantage of being able to get to the airport island first. BM and YC don't really stand a chance of capturing anything on that island. OS can just use the first-turn advantage to keep GE from getting the middle base and then proceed to capture the airports (and a bunch of other easy properties) and then demolish GE before heading off to crush BM and YC with bombers. |

Why do you guys keep speculating about looks instead of playing it? Have you even noticed that I placed a bit more terrain on OS's path to delay their first turn advantage? Also, whoever moves first DOES NOT ALWAYS WIN. Gameplay matters, y'know. Its like chess, White does not always defeat Black, even though White always moves first. =) |
