Blue Moon MUST play as Olaf. The weather is permanently rain.

So Olaf really hates rain for some reason... all the more reason to give him rain! BM
begins with a massive pre-deployed force, plenty of funds, and access to many properties.
Unfortunately, there's plenty of rain, so Olaf's troops will find it hard to wallow
through the monsoon. GE must take advantage of the weather and use their superior movement
capabilities to drive back BM. Each GE CO has a different perk.

Eagle has access to the only airport on the entire map. Thus, he can send out airplanes
and helicopters to flank BM's units. Plus, Eagle's planes are completely unaffected by
rain. Drake is immune to rain, so he can move freely while Olaf's stuck in a rut. Drake's
CO powers can be major annoyances to Olaf, and his SCOP is the perfect counter to
Blizzard. He also gets a port from which he can spam botes to dominate the sea. Jess has
the funds and the units for a powerful forward thrust. She can provide heavy resistance
along either flank from her perked tanks as well as eliminate the need for APCs with her
CO powers. Javier begins with a Com Tower, and a second one lurks just ahead. Plus, as
indirects will be Olaf's main source of power (since their range is unaffected by rain),
Javier's extra defense will come in handy.

The 5 APCs on the BM properties on the left side are for scouting purposes. The funds from
the properties should be used to build APCs and nothing else. The swarm of APCs in the
center of the map is to help build a chokepoint when the time comes. Otherwise, there
really isn't much else helping Olaf.

if GE have stealth aircrafts, the Blue will have no idea, so the stealth should
be banned.
