Battle for Alagaesia! Fight as the Surdans (AB), Dwarves (GS), Elves (GE), Urgals (YC), or
even Riders (JS)! Just to make it a little easier for the non-Riders to win, set lab units to all
ocean vessels, Md. tanks and up, rockets, and missiles. Ban black bombs because they're
cheap. Also, ban the Broken 5 plus any others you see fit. Temporary alliances are
encouraged... Be sure to tell me what you think, rate, and, most of all, have fun!

Edit: Gave GS 2 more cities and a silo, and gave JS another city.

I actually just (finally) finished this series recently. I read the first 2 as they came
out and caught up on the 3rd one late, thinking it was the last book only to find that it
didn't end. At that point the 4th one didn't even have a release date scheduled so I
forgot about it for a few years haha.

Lol random OS infantry.
Is this supposed to be Middle Earth?

OH MY GOODNESS THE FTA

GE has a pretty good advantage with good port placement and TEN total properties; the base
near the upper right can be snagged before GS can. YC starts with TWO(!) bases and gets
two more very quickly. The Com Tower will also likely go to YC. AB's got enough properties
to hold off YC, but GS is basically screwed with only 8 properties (AB can rush the
leftmost neutral city). With perfect play, it will take GS 8 days to capture all
properties; in the meantime, AB would have a good tank force approaching. I'd say GS wins
unless they get triple-teamed. Maybe teams are on? GE & GS would do fairly well against AB
& YC. Or YC & GS vs. AB & GE.

Haha, Gandalf wouldn't like your attempt at Middle Earth. I assume it's from somewhere
else? Looks really cool otherwise. :)

I like the random silo. Too bad AB will get it first.

Haha for both of your benefits, this is not Middle Earth. This is Alagaësia from the
Inheritance Cycle books (and 1 movie which I found to be sub-par)

That port with the OS infantry is ghosted, so it can repair ships but not build them. I'll work on the
other problems when I get the chance, and yes, this is Alagaesia from the Inheritance Cycle.
Some of the best books ever... even though the credit goes to George Lucas.
Xmo5 (12/05/2013 12:05pm):
Agreed- very good books. I wouldn't give all the credit to Lucas... Tolkien definitely
deserves some too. Major influence on the setting, races, and languages plus story
similarities as well (though I think Lucas claims most of the credit in that regard) Its
basically like if you took Star Wars and threw it into Middle Earth. Thats probably why so
many people liked it haha.
Veritech (12/06/2013 11:23am):
0.o make sure to ban stealths too! The only sure way to take one out on this map is to trap it with
ground/sea units, otherwise APC's can resupply it.
