*Gasp!* The Blue Rebels have launched a desperate assault, invading realm of the evil Lightning Army that has enslaved their people! They've set up a small naval attack center in the SE and landed paratroopers in the east and west. The Lightning Emperor has soon spotted the enemies, however, and will be quick to act. Will the rebellion succeed? Will they be struck down by their tyrannical overlords?! How many licks *does* it take to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop? The answers to these questions and more, right after the break! So obviously this is BM+CI vs PL if you didn't gather that. I tried (kinda) to balance it, but mostly just in terms of funds. I actually put very little effort into planning the fronts etc because this was a fairly spur-of-the-moment creation here (like most of my maps I think). I'm mostly concerned that PL can expand way too fast, which is why I gave the blue armies some FTA and an extra 1k per turn to start. And yes, yes, I know... there's a symmetry error... ;) Anyway, suggested bans for optimum gameplay: Banned Units: Rockets (important!), Megatanks (for chokepoint blocking), and maybe neotanks. (The land battle is fairly low funds I think. The heavy tank bans should stop PL from becoming OP with no rockets to counter) Banned CO's: Broken 5, Sturm, von Bolt, Drake, Sami, Lash, Sasha (for PL), and other damage COs if you like EDIT: I'm considering giving CI access to a lab and making rockets lab units. I'm too afraid that PL won't need to devote sufficient funding to the land battle to make their navy weak enough for BM to handle. On the other hand, CI being the only ones with rockets would probably make them OP with that terrain. Predeployed rockets would make them OP early on unless I had them set with a delay somehow. Maybe I'll do that. Give them a rocket or 2 and make them send it over via transport- maybe place it on the SW island with the 2 cites. I'll see how tests go first. |
