Google tells me it means Siberia Showdown but I think that the title might actually mean
シベリア対決 and Google just doesn't know how to speak Japanese. I mean, Siberia Showdown
would make too much sense so I'm pretty sure that Google just panicked and "Siberia
Showdown" was the first cool thing that came to mind.
