Veritech (01/10/2014 04:34pm):
It's like a 7... But it's not... |
Nyvelion (01/10/2014 04:38pm):
Rating this a 7. Because 7. |
xushu (01/10/2014 04:46pm):
7'ed |
Context (01/10/2014 05:16pm):
10'd, to try to start getting the rating to 7.77 |
Nyvelion (01/10/2014 09:21pm | Edited: 01/10/2014 09:34pm):
I like the idea, but won't that be hard to maintain? I've never been good at math, but I think that's only possible every 9 votes. |
walkerboh01 (01/11/2014 02:28am):
It only needs to happen once, as long as no one ruins it. |
Xmo5 (01/12/2014 08:53pm):
as long as the next person rates an 8 then the map 777 should have a 7.77 rating with a lucky 13 votes |

good work citizens |
Nyvelion (01/13/2014 06:28am):
Oh, that really worked. Cool then. |
Xmo5 (01/13/2014 10:41am):
Yeah, rounding definitely makes things a lot easier. Getting either a true 7.770 or 7.7777... (70/9) would be much more difficult like you had mentioned. Plus 70/9 would have shown up as 7.78 anyway which is pretty lame. |

Veritech (01/13/2014 03:54pm):
Lash Land No. 777 thanks you for your charitable contributions to its lolpower. |

Better get started. |
Nyvelion (08/07/2016 07:46pm):
Ok. |
Xmo5 (08/08/2016 12:06pm):
So now what? Pokemon? |
Nyvelion (08/08/2016 12:29pm):
I would talk about pokemon #777, but apparently there aren't that many yet. Try to look it up and just get a Missingno. Or at least that would happen if I were running a pokemon site, such a waste to not use Missingno in a custom 404 page. |
Xmo5 (08/08/2016 01:50pm):
What about Pokemon 7? or 77? Squirtle's pretty cool, and so is Ponyta. |
Nyvelion (08/09/2016 09:23am):
Long ago, I picked Bulbasaur like a weirdo, even though everyone picks Charmander apparently. Or Squirtle. Apparently younger me saw a Fire Lizard with an intimidating stare, and a Bazooka Turtle, and said, hmm, I'll pick the broccoli looking one. I still remember my first time through, before I knew pokemon was going to be a big thing, got to the Elite 4 with a 60 something Venusaur, and Pidgeotto and Raticate as backup. Had such a hard time, had to keep losing and replaying, made even worse because I saved after giving Venusaur Swords Dance because it sounded like an attack. Can't remember how I won, but must have done it, since giving up isn't something I do when challenged. |
Nyvelion (08/09/2016 09:25am):
Never cared much for Ponyta. Never cared much for ponies really. My favorite of the original pokemon that has a 7 in it's number is Dratini at 147. |
Xmo5 (08/09/2016 12:57pm):
Swords Dance does sound super cool, so I could totally understand the mistake. Also, Dratini is definitely one of the best, especially considering it evolves into Dragonair and Dragonite. Easily one of my favorite evolution chains. |
Nyvelion (08/10/2016 09:16am):
I like how even Dratini can be intimidating, I never did beat that lvl 15 Dratini with Dragon Rage in Pokemon Stadium. Not like there are a lot of Ice-type options at that level. |
Xmo5 (08/11/2016 02:51pm):
Indeed... never underestimate a good dragon type... or Dragon Rage. |
Nyvelion (08/12/2016 09:20am):
Flygon is the cutest. Even if it's Ground typing with FLY in it's name is ridiculous. |
Xmo5 (08/14/2016 08:05am):
Wait, Flygon is ground type? That's the stupidest thing I've heard in a while. |
Nyvelion (08/14/2016 12:00pm):
Flygon sounds likes something that should be weak to Thunderbolt, yet I tried it and it was inexplicably immune. |
Nyvelion (08/16/2016 07:49am | Edited: 08/16/2016 12:54pm):
It's like wtf, it's literally a dragonfly. You'd think the type for a dragonfly would be Dragon, and Flying. Or bug. Nope. Ground. |
Xmo5 (08/18/2016 10:55am):
Well if that ain't estupido, idk what is. |
Jackie Milton (09/01/2017 11:26pm):
You also must listen to this album when playing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRioW15MnZk |
MorganLeah2 (10/15/2019 01:07pm):
Makes sense with the name, though. Flygon = fly gone = flying gone = stuck on ground. Therefore ground type |
Xmo5 (10/08/2020 11:53am):
The good news is that every time I want to listen to that album and I can't remember enough info to look it up, I can just come here because this is easy to remember. And you make a good point, Morgan. Similarly, once the fly is gone from the dragonfly it clearly is, you're left with dragon typing too, so it all fits. |
melly (09/19/2025 02:39pm):
ruined the 7.77 rating lmao |
