The center base locations seem a bit too close, but it probably will be ok. Only major ouchie here
is the SE and NW airport locations, they're contested and very strong for whoever gets them.

I'd just remove those particular airports completely, there's more than enough of them on
the map already. I'd also say the other airports are a bit too close together. Other than
that I like this.
