JS is in serious trouble from the start... GS gets first strike there and can cripple or
kill the the JS units. As a result, JS will be playing catchup for days, if they survive
(might be surprisingly difficult).

BD is in a similar situation which isn't as bad in the first turn, but will get pretty
ugly pretty quickly. No HQ capture to worry about since it's safe in the corner, but how
could they ever possibly expect to survive in that situation?

PC will also lose a base right away unless they are willing to sacrifice a minimum of 1
copter to the carrier. GS even has missiles and cruisers set up to back the carrier,
making any direct assault by the copters on the carrier to be a suicide mission as well.
If PC even had a shred of hope to afford naval units, the only one that would serve them
well would be a battleship which could be quickly blocked on the port with the enemy
cruisers until support arrived. Not a chance PC has the funds to safely escape their
island prison.
