Headphone's map designer seems to be alive again, and this is a very, very useful tool to
get around the crippling tile bug that's currently plaguing the site. Note that uploading
a map made by this designer doesn't cause it to IGNORE the bug. You still can't edit
anything beyond the first 333 tiles in a map, so make sure that any alterations you make
after you upload the map (Such as units/FTA counters, and due to a slight bug with the
editor itself, pipes, comm towers, and silos) are within the tile limit.

Yeah that stupid 110mb website goes down a lot. I used it too once, just because at least
it's free and has php support.
