I don't think this map is fair. OS outnumbers BM both by predeployed units and base amount.

after the test game, I will change some details
1. add a factury in china's mountan area,some anti-air armies
2. put the airport more close to the river
3. add more tants and infrants for japan, add some sea-armies

hope for more advices after the change
