A 4 player map of mine that is multi base.
Right to start with, I know its slightly clumped but im looking for ways to improve that whilst keepin the concept the same.
I also know its base heavy but I think reasonable considering its concept.
I hope terrain and everything else is ok though.
Improvement ideas?

Yeah, that happens. Unfortunately, you just have to get used to it. It also tends to prove
the point that map rating is more or less useless.

I thought as much, looking at how other maps say in A-rank category also have for example like a 6.75 when are deserving of so much better.
This one now has 1 in 2.....
I really didn't expect this one to be to most peoples liking but I also believe it doesn't deserve a 1 in 2 lol.

i like your map, its pretty cool
just dont like the "race for the middle factory"
dont like AWBW race maps at all ;-)

i would give it a 8 but to counter those stupid 2x1 its 10

Ta muchly. to be honest, I didn't intend it to be a race for middle factory. I believe the amount of factories on the map is sufficient enough, I just needed to draw the fight to the centre primarily :)

Replace it with a comm tower or lab. People will still scramble for it. :P
Perhaps put one port each so that the shoals and sea tiles can be put to good use (and if one side is rich enough, build a battleship there :P)
Cool mixed base scenario! However, it's very chokepointy at the pipe seams and the mountains in front of the sea. Whoever doesn't get the neutral base will be holing up there, with the attackers forced to put all their units on defenseless shoals...
