Pretty good. I like the dynamic with the city near the tower (adjacent the missile silo), where one
country will capture it early, but will be at a disadvantage for holding on to it once the neutral
base is captured. That is always a good way to provide tension in the mid-game.

No obvious issues other than potential STA due to the uneven fronts. Just make sure that 2P
can't get the first vehicle on both fronts (or shift some cities around so that the capture disparity
between preowned bases is smaller).

Would switching the preowned base from the base near the HQ to the base near the pipes help even the fronts to
prevent early vehicles on both fronts? Or would I just be better off moving around some cities to curb the STA.

Switching the base would help, but would probably have undesirable effects on gameplay,
depending on how you want the map to develop. For instance, it destroys the dynamic with the
contested city that I mentioned earlier.

The quickest non-destructive fix I see is to move the current preowned base near the HQ west
or southwest a couple spaces, then add a shoal bridge to allow units from the other preowned
base to move south (on the AB side). That way the outer preowned base is at least responsible
for those backwards properties.
