I'm worried that the top and bottom fronts will stale somewhat, since those cities make
decent defensive lines, and there's enough openness that the 2v1 base setup allows for the
2 base side to reinforce the 1 base side quite easily. The map overall is somewhat lacking
in contested properties, too.
Bamboozle (02/10/2015 12:12am):
True, I think I'd need to rehaul a lot of the terrain on those fronts for them to
open up combat-wise, but it's worth it. Also will probably need to tinker with
city spacing to make more props contested.

Hmm, maybe even pipes or mountains to prevent units from the double
base from helping out the lone base?

What about something like this? http://goo.gl/sXY2OT

I don't think you need to emphasize the 2v1, it's more of a 3-front battle with the option for the
central base to support either flank as needed. That should work well enough, but Morgan's
point about stalemates is valid. I like the edits I made because it creates a lot of tension around
the city in front of the pipe seam, which should provoke a lot of action. Especially since if OS
loses that city, they have no good defensive position near it.

I'd also move the tower to a position near what I showed in the picture - it gives incentive for
that side of the front to see action, which is needed if you shift so much focus to the area near
the pipes with the other changes.

Edit: Dang, wrong account. This is Walker though.
MorganLeah (02/24/2015 07:19pm):
I like walker's edit suggestions quite a bit. I should also briefly note that yes, indeed,
the 2v1 doesn't necessarily need to be emphasized. Even front fights are just fine, it's
just that if a map is likely to stale, even fronting bases makes it worse.
CrashLogger (05/11/2018 03:27pm):
I like the map a bunch, although ot-s rather hard to find any use for air units since you need quite a bit of
intel on the enemy, but by the time you-ve gotten it, the enemy is already wrecking you. It-s not because I
basically lost, wich I usually do, it-s just that I couldn-t find much use for my beloved helicopters. I believe
the airports could be gone all together.
