1. The funding's quite low for 3 bases + airport, you should consider sprinkling on a few more cities. ~20k
apiece might be nice, which means a loooot more cities. If not, you can consider removing the base, which
means you can have funding of around 15-16k, or removing both base and airport, which means ~9k per side
will be fine.
2. You need an FTA counter. Putting an infantry on BM's left base is fine.
3. A related point is that those central properties are way too contested, to the point where whoever reaches
them first is likely to win. I'd shift them further back from the centre. As in point 1, a few more cities per side
certainly wouldn't hurt either, but be sure to place them nearer to one side.
4. If you do fix point 3, the map might stalemate because there are only 2 fronts, both of which are slightly
chokey. There aren't any easy fixes for this if you want to preserve most of the terrain, but one might be to pull
the neutral bases nearer to the corresponding sides and add more cities. Or you could radically redesign the
map to create more fronts, which might be better.
5. Aesthetics-wise, you've got an awful lot of plains, especially in the northeast and southwest spaces. Some
pretty road or shoal patterns would be nice.
