green starts with too many units compared to yellow...

although yellow could always just make subs in their bottom islands, dive them, and
force a draw anyway

-1 Orange star is Orange Star, not Yellow Comet
-1 too big and empty
-1 no terrain variance
-1 clumped propertiies
-1 too many GE units
-1 GE has a huge advantage property wise
-1 shoals blocking half of YC's ports
-1 Multiple HQs
-1 GE has airports, while yellow doesn't
-1 did I mention too big and empty? well here it is again.
