I think the first problem you are going to find is that you can't really move any non foot soldier land units out of your corner. The
map is imbalanced by FTA (it is fine if it is teamed correctly however) and the center area. Having important central properties is
also normally not great. Also those ports are land locked.
I would say to do the following:
-Move all ports one tile closer to the water so they can actually be used.
-Remove the mountains blocking the path to other countries.
-Replace the central properties with all cities so whoever claims the center doesn't gain a insane advantage.
-Widen the path to each country so it is not a two tile wide choke.
