FTA counter should work fine and I believe it should be Sami-proof as well. I'm hoping the bboat on the HQ will get to see some legitimate transport use later on in the game as well, since i gave it that option. As usual, I was too lazy to thoroughly check symmetry so please point out any mistakes. Also, constructive feedback is always welcome and encouraged, as are extreme admiration and zealous map praise. =P |

Your maps are so flawless and sleek. I just wish I had your technique. Your skills surmount, and I cannot amount, For this glory prevents me to speak. *ahem* ALTHOUGH.... 1. At bases near airports: Inconsistency with a nearby forest 2. Near blue moon neutral base, a plain adjacent to 2 seas, 1 V.road and a city needs to be shoal -J.P.M. That map name though... we need answers. Are the two sides fighting to protect an endangered colony of howler monkeys? Are the monkeys doing the fighting? Is the map shaped somehow like a howler monkey? |
Xmo5 (06/05/2015 12:17pm | Edited: 06/05/2015 12:25pm):
It's actually a combination of the 3 and then some, with a meta twist. You see, two endangered colonies of howler monkey warriors are fighting for survival due to the limited number of resources on their howler-monkey-shaped island (of which you can only see a small fraction, of course). In an unexpected plot twist, the howler monkey tribes actually recruit other cohabiting animals to ride the monkeys into battle, using the quick and nimble steeds as vehicles for destruction.... of other quick and nimble steeds with similar riders doing the same. There's actually a third howler monkey faction orchestrating all of this, hoping that many of the others will die, reducing to population to a manageable size, and also leaving them in control while putting them in good favor with the survivors by tending to the wounded. Some of the monkeys in the third faction are even trying to get rich off of this scheme in various different ways, including, but not limited to: Supplying the warring factions with supplies, being paid for information about the opposing faction, selling seats to the show, preemptively putting the warring monkeys' properties on the market, modifying the insurance policies of soon-to-be-deceased monkeys, and of course, organizing bets for the winning side with the help of the underground Black Mamba Mafia. The BMM obviously gets a cut, but the powerful connections go a long way, so competition for the BMM's endorsement is fierce. The combination of those aspects are designed to be so overwhelming that map viewers and players can't help but howl like howler monkeys in excitement and awe. I can't believe you didn't pick up on that... Oh, and JPM(organ), I've got something to say to you: That limerick is sick, but I'm a little bit mad Imma say this real quick: Your comment is bad! The poem was fine and so was your name but those middle 4 lines made me feel so ashamed You've left me no choice my vengeance will come I'm raising my voice so that *you* can feel dumb! It's high time your lame rhyme's blame game died or became tame same's mine! ...and I'll [mumble mumble] .. ymmetry err... [mumble] mentio.. [mumble] ...efore anyon.. [mumble] too... |

♥ I like the rhyming. 10/10 for everyone involved. I'd join in if there was something here I wanted to sing about... can't think of anything. |
Xmo5 (06/05/2015 05:16pm):
I was actually thinking you'd do exactly that as I typed your name! I might have had the wording and spelling wrong, but hey, I didn't use the word "exactly" because that... wait, yes I did. Disregard my previous statements and allow me to start anew.. ... As I was typing, I had a feeling you'd comment! Also, yay team! Everyone loves a 10! |
