Black Hole has Grey Sky Bases, and cannot build any land units unless they are Sensei or Hachi. With 24 bases on the map and Black Hole
having (eventually? unless intentional?) 8 of them then that would mean the remaining 8 players come with 2 each. along with 1 port.

Now, at the moment, Black Hole will just build stealths until they can build up either Sensei's power, or Hachi's super power to go and capture
the bases. but I assume with that changed, and Black Hole able to build ground units, black hole will....... still just build stealths until they can
use bombers and steath to go take over a teeny starting island and start building sea units. There's a rogue extra black hole city in the bottom
right hand corner of the map. I don't like the checker pattern of cities. and the slow advance through the forest is going to give Sturm a real
advantage. That and them being massive chokepoints is going to mean that if Black Hole can support protection of the islands, the only hope
the allies have is through........battleships and carriers. which won't help against stealth.

At the moment that is all I have to say unless the map gets some large updates.

Edit: with the updates I'm still having a hard time seeing Black Hole building anything besides Stealth and fighters for most of the game. Their superior funds
means they can quickly stomp out the islands two at a time. there's no safe places for the allies to land and start mounting an offensive force.

Yeah, 8 predeployed fighters will mean nothing against BH's ability to build 4 stealth + 1
apc *every turn* from the start of the game. There's no expansion, capture of neutral
properties (except those 4 trivial airports), or even a battle. The only uncertainty is
which island will be take down first. BH makes more than double the combined incomes of
all allies, has a nearly impenetrable fortress, and can build practical units for their
task. The allies have vulnerable, isolated islands with little hope of mounting an
effective assault on the enemy and even less hope of defending themselves.

For balanced play, everyone should have access to the same unit types (aka, either
everyone or nobody should have ports/airports) and the combined allied income should
exceed the income of the single player (by a small amount) to make up for the fact that
the single player can "access" higher tier units (which wins, a 16k Md. Tank or 4x 4k
Recons?) I also recommend having at least some land combat, some expansion/capture phase,
and a general map design that doesn't greatly favor 1 or 2 units. You want a good variety
of units so that different combinations and strategies are used. Battles are less stale
(or one-sided), have more interesting (and changing) gameplay, and games on the map are
frequently different each time when that's accomplished effectively.

This is obviously completely unbalanced

I think you should ban stealths and fighters when playing onn this map also start the infantry in the
middle because they can clog up the ports long enough to stall for a tank or a-air to take it's place
then it becomes the german operation sea lion from there
