I see what you wanted to make, and that's pretty cool. However the BH base in the south
will have a head start, BH will have an comtower in the early turns, and in the lon run
they have more bases.

I think it will favour BH. Balancing this map might be difficult. I would remove the
central base, or make it neutral.
