i dont like how most the neutral cities are near the bases. i think they should be spread out
through the map. itll map the terrain more interesting. and maybe put 2 factories in the middle
instead of 2 and far from each other so difficult for one player to get both of them. otherwise
good job! and get riud of the predeployed units.

6/10 . fix all those things and make sure no first turn advantage i give it 10/10...and fix the
orange less cities
