I think the placement of the predeployed infantry near the airport is not balanced. I also think the ports are useless this way. I guess you do know ships can“t move over rivers. |

If you move PL's airport infantry one step closer (like GS's is), that's probably okay, but there's no real convention for this. Typically, counters are given based on the number/location of bases you have and can capture. Introducing an independent airport with a predeployed infantry is a little different and I don't think the counter works quite the same, but without much more information, the best I can do is suggest the right counter as if the airport were a base. |

From a funding aspect, you're right, but I guess I was worried about unit production for some reason. The timing of the airport capture won't actually matter from that standpoint so early in the game, so yeah, stick with what you have. |
