This is my first try to design a map. It is inspired by zero's stronghold
http://awbw.amarriner.com/prevmaps.php?maps_id=7225 The idea is the following:

Some time ago BH made a stronghold. Created a wall and a ditch and removed all the forest
and cities around it to be safe. Time passed and some small cities were established and
even some forest regrew.

Recommended settings:
Team game: BH vs the other 3 players.
FOG on
Ban broken COs and all mass damage COs.
Do not ban piperunners (or make them lab units)
Ban Stealth, Megatank and Black Bomb.

Strongholds like this are very defensible and hard to overtake, even at a significant funding advantage. I
recommend making it easier to have a successful final assault on BH.

I'm not a map expert, but here's something I know:
First, the battlegrounds're a bit too open, which'll favor making direct units in this map therefore not many
people'll use indirect units.
Second, BH has less bases and one of them's in the back, therefore BH need some counter for that (normally
extra bases)
And also, the map looks really good for a first try :)

Edit: didn't see the tower there... nevermind about the extra base thing. (although some of the bases for
BH're a bit far from the fronts)

Update (map version 0.2)
Added 1 city for each of the 3 allies and 1 for BH. Thus a slight rebalance in favour of
the allies
Tmi489 (10/30/2016 01:09pm):
I'd add 2-3 bases that are contested between the allies and BH, with the allies not getting
1 per. Maybe, but at least less area between the fronts.
ichbinsehselber (11/15/2016 09:44pm | Edited: 11/16/2016 01:59pm):
version 0.3 is up. Improved the position of one base for each of the allies.

(Note that the black squares are actually plains in the game. They are artifacts from
republishing the map)

@Tmi489: Thanks for your input. I am not a fan of contested bases in most cases. A bit
less area between the fronts - done.
