The player who goes second has a distinct disadvantage: They reach all the properties
in the center one turn late.

This appears to be a remake of a map from another game from what I can tell, but I'll drop
this link here for you anyway. You seem to be a new map maker and this is a good read
(though I may be biased) for learning about map design on AWBW:

Problems I can see:
- Add another base. Then place an infantry in one of YC's bases.
- More cities on the mainland. There's not enough to do practically any air battles. Spread them out around the
plainy area and some in the mountain area.
- Almost always ban Colin, Hachi, Grit, Kanbei, and Sensei. These 5 are broken as the community calls it.
- The forests on the very top are USELESS. Add cities there, perhaps? Or a lab too.

_Cosmetics.
-Removed cities in the forest.
-Turned mountain bases into river bases and placed them closer to the forest.
-Forest is less dense. :(
-Replaced com tower with lab. (Labs are for Naval.)

_Concept
Hopefully I divided the map into four sections without making the game broken.
1) South ocean is the wide open ocean for naval combat.
2) Bottom half of the island is for vehicle and infantry battles.
[]This is the only way for vehicles to drive the other side of the island.
3) Top half is a thick forest for stealth in FOW.
[]This was supposed to for Infantry units to avoid vehicle wars on bottom island.
[]I have removed most of the trees. (For now.)
4) North ocean is a narrow path where less Naval action takes place.
[]This was supposed to be an alternate route for Naval units to travel.
[]There used to be no lab or city up there. I might just remove them.
Also, both sides get pre-deployed units to start the game faster.
