Gets -10%/-10% when your COP/SCOP's activated.

Power - Energy Burst
Choose one:
- Choose ANY unit and gives it +20% attack.
- Choose ANY unit and deals 2 damage to it.
- Choose ANY unit and gives it +2 HP.

SCOP - Dragonmonia
Choose one:
- Choose ANY unit and that unit may move & attack again.
- Choose ANY unit and deals 5 damage to it.
- Choose a unit. That unit gains +10 HP at the beginning of your next turn.
