Vladimir is retreating to the border with OS, but they haven't needed these military stations since the war. So it's not up to
who can reclaim or take the territories. Clear weather, FoW off, YC is Sensei and Vladimir (Lash) is BM.

Vladimir: Our defeat is imminent. Retreat to the Orange Star border, we need to hold there until we get support from Green
Earth or God forbid Orange Star. God save me.
BM Officer: Premission to speak, Sir?
Vladimir: Granted.
BM Officer: Sir, the men's morale is low, should we sing to lighten the mood, Sir?

Also ban everything more expensive than a Md. Tank, except Bships and cruisers. And ban Tcopters and Bboats.
