Gains -10% Defense for all allied units when snowing.

Power - Holiday presents
Repeat the following for 3 times:
- Choose ANY unit and choose one:
- Add it into the 'Nice list'
- Add it into the 'Naughty list'
Give all enemy units +1 HP.
When your power ends, all enemy units gets -2 HP.

Superpower - Suprise!
All units in the 'Nice list' gains +2 HP and +1 mov.
All units in the 'Naughty list' gains -2HP and -1 mov.

2 movement infantry is decent during snow, but if they happen to ignore snow effects and gain the movement
bonus, it'd been great.
