This map represents the city of Rotterdam and its big harbour. I tried to make the map look as
much as possible like the original, which explains why I only gave the Northern part an
airport. The mountains near the shore resemble dunes and the roads resemble the current
highways and other important roads.
Do you think the odds for each player are equal and if not, what should I change?

It looks Nice!, bud I think you need to put some more citys and harbors and stuff because
Rotterdam is very big.

Wouldn't that port in the middle of the river be useless? Unless you felt like wasting 28000 on
a Battleship that can't move at all. and the northern side has a complete and total advantage
because of that airport.

I think it's best then to remove the airport and the harbor can still be used as income point
and a battleship you can't move can still be dangerous

This is pretty good just needs more work. Just you should take off the landlocked port and
put a port on orange stars side as theres already one on greens side..

The neutral bases should be spaced farther apart or else you have serious problems with
artillery and rockets. Port benefits OS immensely in a stalemate, and the neutral
properties in general are closer to OS than GE (should be the other way around). I
recommend more neutral cities too.
