Gives 2nd player an inf to counter the first turn advantage Other aspects seem to ne good. Pipeseams are unlikely to get broken. The HQ and tower are easy to defend, so we need to focus on getting an income advantage |

Center feels a bit open and terrain heavy, and I'm not a fan of the easily accessible central lab. Properties like that should really be out of the way and more of a secondary target, not the main focus at the heart of the battle. Shangri-La is a good example of that: http://awbw.amarriner.com/prevmaps.php?maps_id=45557 This map definitely has some potential with more interesting terrain variety and unit paths/front development. |

Good improvements. I would add a pair of cities in the center in the same row as the used silos, probably just above/below those central forests. While you don't want a lab there, since that can be dangerous, you do want something to fight over and I think that would do the trick. Also, you're generally on the high side of income levels, which is fine, but you can afford to take out a different city on each side to compensate for the one in the center if you like. You don't have to, since it depends on how you want your map to play. Higher funds can help make lab units more fun to play with since higher tech units become more readily available. I would also recommend breaking up the patches of plains in the middle of the right and left sides. They just look a little bland, and a single well-placed forest or mountain could do the trick. |

I removed the lab from the center of the map and place one on both sides. With one lap in the middle of the map, the player who goes first always gets the lab on a map this small.I follow all recommendations which made this map looks much nicer and seems like battles will be more interesting. Can't wait to test map. Thx |
