My last map was more serious so I'm balancing it out with a blatant joke map.

Spann Island (as directed by Michael Bay) has one defining factor. That defining factor is frequent explosions.
There are a total of 40 missiles and 8 Black Bombs for each side, making any attempt at an FTA counter
hilariously feeble, but who cares, EXPLOSIONS!

You may want to increase the funds per property because otherwise you aren't going to get much more than
Infantry.

There are a few exploits available involving the Black Bombs, but come on, you're better than that! Right?
