The only value the central ports have is building a battleship to push the opponent away from your HQ and pressure theirs. The
problem being if both players do it then ground combat in the area is just annoying, and the airport nearby makes it easy to kill
the battleship anyways. On big maps like this you really can't afford to annoy players by enabling tactics like that, they'll just end
up hating the map
