Footsoldiers gain +1 HP on cities in the reparing process. (No extra funds decrese)
APCs can repair footsoldiers by +1 HP. (Manually, Funds needed)

Power - Refreshment
All footsoldiers gain +4 HP.

Superpower - Enhancement
All foot-soldiers gain +4 HP, +20%/+20% and +2 movement power.
On the next turn, all foot-soldiers recieve -1 movement power.

Edited it but still kept the part about being a 'Medic' :)

I`ll compare this guy to Andy as he is an average powered CO.

I think the D2D should also include a +1 health repaired for all non foot units, but you need to pay for
it. This custom CO has little power a little too powerful. Compared to Andy, his power gets double the
effect for no extra cost. The super power to me, has no incentive to use over the little power unless
you really need the +2 movement now. I don`t see the need to have debuffs to your troops for the turn
after the SCOP. You waited the extra time to get the super over using the little power, you should get
rewarded.

I would make his little power heal 4 foot soldier health for 2 stars. Andy has the ability to heal all unit
types for 2 health for 3 stars. He can repair more money value for less. The CCO (Custom CO) with
the current stats repairs less value for the same amount of energy.

The super have no debuffs on the next turn as you waited the extra time for the super power instead
of using the little power. The power should grant +20% offense and defense as NOBODY should
have a SCOP grants the same amount of power as Kanbei`s Samurai Spirit. I would drop the cost of
the power to 5 stars. The +2 foot soldier movement is huge as demonstrated by Ms. Mech spam best
spam, Sami of Orange Star.

Here`s my version of this CCO

Day 2 Day
+1 health repaired per day on properties for foot soldiers for free.
+1 health repaired per day on properties for all non foot soldiers. Repaired must be paid for.
+APCs now have a repair option similar to black boats, but restricted to foot soldiers. Repairs must be
paid for.

CO Power bar

Little Power
+Heal 4 health to all of your foot soldiers.

Super Power
+Heal 4 health to all of your foot soldiers.
+2 movement to all foot soldiers.
+20% offense and defense to all of your foot soldiers.

This guy is oriented toward foot soldier spam, but Sami still wins with all the mech spam and how
much more she gets out of them than this guy. Obviously these are opinions and no CO will truly be
balanced without being tested first.

My opinion on CO balance:
Rather than try to make a balanced CO, we should try to put the custom COs in the right
position.

x) I did intended to make him week, mostly because there's already Andy, who already repairs units and gains
movement power and atk/def+.

Anyways, I'll update it to be slightly different to be at least at Andy's level.
