You should try to change OS infs into the country they belong to.
Using a firefox browser will enable you to do so. I failed in an attempt with IE

When I was using Internet explorer to edit my map I couldn't deploy units other than OS
units as change countries button didn't work. So I used firefox then.

Actually it iis ok not to deploy any units.

No, see, don't you get it? OS is the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and they're
about to audit some factories for violations. They get first strike with a surprise visit
and then, at their discretion, decide which factories to shut down for cutting corners and
producing unsafe products, or "Death Traps".
