Ahhh I commented late.

Anyways, the subs here encourages the players to station an artillery near the airport, so that the subs would
be
forced to dive until their fuel run out. Moving the artillery away would allow the subs to un-dive, hence
stationing
them.

When a sub reaches 5 fuel or less, its owner has the choice to whether let it die of loss of fuel and delay the
airport capture, or let the enemy's artillery kill it to fill the CO power. bar.

It seems like an awfully long timer to unlock an airport that is positioned so far from the action. Does the airport
need to be mountained off? I would at least put it in a more advantageous location.

HQ seems really unprotected too, I would throw a bboat or something on it.
