All the piped off cities mean is you can expect less contested cities in the middle. With
44k income a turn if you cap half the properties in this map, the fighting should ramp up
quite a lot. There aren't many chokepoints to defend from here, but I would expect more
bombers and neotanks anyway.

Turns out you can use the side bases to make pipe runners and camp one of the bases.
