Okay, this is a map that you need to explain.

Otherwise I'm just going to point out the various fund imbalances, starting location imbalances, and distribution of
property, Which, looks fairly imbalanced. I see that the title is called Diplomacy, but, there's not a lot of incentive for
the stronger players to forge alliances with the weaker players.
