BigSeaConquest is a map designed for sea combat. There are no airports and ships are
supposed to be valuable.

Units recommended to be banned: Carrier (to avoid accidental building of a useless unit),
Megatank (since Battleships should be the ultimate weapon vs ground here and Megatank
withstands too much)

COs recommended to be banned: Broken 5 and all mass damage COs

The map is designed with FOG of War in mind but should be playable both with and without
fog. There are only few places to hide (riffs and forests)

The funding is low which is also intended. The map is still designed for 1k / city but
might work also with higher funds settings.

The BH black bombs are ghost units. They will disappear once the game starts. But the
locations will be marked as ghosted:
Any tiles where these ghosted units are placed are considered to be "ghosted" and will
have the following properties during gameplay:

Units cannot be built at this location
Units cannot be unloaded from a transport at this location
Units cannot load a transport at this location
Units cannot be joined at this location
Units cannot be spawned by other means at this location, such as Hachi/Sensei's SCOPs

Aside from these effects, the tile will behave normally, including granting income and
healing/refueling friendly units in the case of properties (bases, ports, airports,
cities, etc.). Also, note that despite the other impacts on loading/unloading transports,
transport units on a ghosted tile can be unloaded normally, provided that the unit exiting
the transport would not land on a ghosted tile.
